All VoiceNEXT Business Communications plans subject to terms and conditions. Standard monthly recurring charges for one (1) local number are waived for the life cycle of the VoiceNEXT account. The monthly pricing plans include charges for domestic calling and costs per line for services. Minimum 1-year contract required for promotion pricing. Cancellations for monthly plans may be completed by emailing support@voicenext.com or by calling VoiceNEXT Customer Care. However, cancelling service during contract term is subject to Early Termination Fees. Early Termination Fees for an annual contract term can range up to the total price of your service contract. There are no early termination fees for monthly contracts. However, if cancelled, no refunds will be provided. The promotional discount of 20% off the standard rate is for the duration of the service for annual contracts only. Upon expiration of promotional period, pricing will revert to the standard listed price for the respective price plan, unless promotion term is renewed by the customer. Monthly contracts are not eligible for 20% off promotion. This discount only applies to monthly recurring voice extension charges for purchases up to 99 lines. Discount does not apply to add-ons, features, hardware, or one-time charges. Services and billing will continue until canceled.

12-month promotion pricing available to new customers only. Existing customers are eligible for 12-month promotion pricing upon expiration of existing agreements, or upon execution of a term agreement from an existing month-to-month plan.
