- Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify: You verify that the mobile telephone number provided to VoiceNEXT belongs to you and is accurate. You verify that you are the current subscriber and/or owner of the telephone number and that you are authorized to receive SMS messages from us. Should your contact number change, you agree to notify us as soon as possible.
- Your Consent to Receive Automated Texts: You acknowledge that by providing your telephone number(s), you are agreeing to receive recurring automated SMS and/or MMS text messages from VoiceNEXT concerning appointments, outage or maintenance alerts, or marketing materials. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
- Opt-Out Instructions: Your consent to receive text messages from us is voluntary and can be terminated at any time. To opt-out of text messages, reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
- Indemnification to VoiceNEXT: You agree to indemnify VoiceNEXT for any privacy, tort, or other claims, Local, State, or Federal, relating to your voluntary provisioning of a telephone number that is not owned by you, and/or your failure to notify us of any changes to your telephone number.
- Participation Requirements: By signing up for this service, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older and have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging.
- Miscellaneous: You warrant and represent to VoiceNEXT that you have all the necessary rights and authority to agree to these terms before proceeding with signing up for this service.
