VoiceNEXT SMS/MMS Terms & Conditions

1. Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify: You verify that the mobile telephone number provided to VoiceNEXT belongs to you and is accurate. You verify that you are the current subscriber and/or owner of the telephone number and that you are authorized to receive SMS messages from us. Should your contact number change, you agree to notify us as soon as possible.
2. Your Consent to Receive Automated Texts: You acknowledge that by providing your telephone number(s), you are agreeing to receive recurring automated SMS and/or MMS text messages from VoiceNEXT concerning appointments, outage or maintenance alerts, or marketing materials. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
3. Opt-Out Instructions: Your consent to receive text messages from us is voluntary and can be terminated at any time. To opt-out of text messages, reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
4. Indemnification to VoiceNEXT: You agree to indemnify VoiceNEXT for any privacy, tort, or other claims, Local, State, or Federal, relating to your voluntary provisioning of a telephone number that is not owned by you, and/or your failure to notify us of any changes to your telephone number.
5. Participation Requirements: By signing up for this service, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older and have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging.
6. Miscellaneous: You warrant and represent to VoiceNEXT that you have all the necessary rights and authority to agree to these terms before proceeding with signing up for this service.
