 
Making Calls
Press the New Call key for hands-free dialing. Otherwise, pick up the handset and press New Call and dial the number you wish to call.
To call within the office, dial the three-digit extension and press Send Call.
Press the end call to hang-up.
A SHORTCUT: to dial any number, press the # key after the number you wish to dial.
Using Phone Features
- Speaker phone capabilities.
- Mute enables you to mute sounds and tones during a call.
- Press this key to switch to a using a compatible headset that would be plugged into the phone.

Missed Calls – allows you to see what calls you have missed.
Received Calls-allows you to retrieve
pertinent information about calls
you have taken.
Placed Calls-allows you to retrieve
pertinent information about calls
you have placed.
- Messages – Voicemail
To retrieve voicemail, please dial 999# and follow the prompts to set-up and retrieve voicemail messages.
Password is 000
- Do Not Disturb
Silences the phone from ringing. You will see the message on the LCD screen alerting you that the Do Not
Disturb is engaged.
- Hold
Places the current call on hold.
- Volume Control
Allows you to control the handset, ringer, speaker and headset volume.
- Soft Key Features
New Call – used to begin making a call.
End Call – used to hang up.
Blind Transfer – With an active call, press the Blind Transfer key
- dial the a second number
- press Blind Transfer again
Transfer – with an active call, press the transfer key
- dial the a second number
- when the 2nd party answers, announce the party
- press Transfer again
A TIP: Your Transfer will fail if you try to connect or Transfer a call without the 2nd party answering.
- Conference Call Features
Conference – With an active call, press the Conference key
- dial the second number
- press Conference again
You are now on a three-way conference call
A TIP: Your Conference will disconnect if YOU press End Call. Also, if you put the Conference on hold, then
everyone is on hold.
