VoiceNEXT Hosted PBX is a web-based communications service that makes traditional phone systems and service obsolete. Can I Keep My Existing Telephone Numbers?

Yes, you can port your existing telephone numbers to our service. It generally takes 14 to 21 days to port your phone number to VoiceNEXT however we can assign you a temporary number to get you up and running immediately.


Do you offer 800 services?

Yes we do and you can keep your existing 800 number.


What Choices do I have for Phones and Customer Premises Equipment?

VoiceNEXT works with any SIP based IP Telephone. We offer phones from Polycom, Cisco, Sipura, Uniden, UTS Starcom.


What do I need to use VoiceNEXT Hosted PBX?

All our phones require a high speed internet connection. This gives the user the ability to manage their extension as well as have the ability to transfer call and make conference calls. However if your internet access is down VoiceNEXT can route calls to a cell phone or any other telephone.


How hard is it to install?

VoiceNEXT Hosted PBX systems are very, very easy to install. All phones are programmed at our office and are shipped ready to work. All you have to do is unpack it and plug in the power and internet connections. If you can work a coffee maker you can install a VoiceNEXT hosted PBX. VoiceNEXT can also provide full install services.


Can This Solution Work with my Firewall?

Yes, our Hosted PBX service has the ability to work with existing most Enterprise firewalls and private IP addressing schemes. VoiceNEXT provides the NAT functionality. Plug the phone in behind your router, open Port 5060 and your all set. We specify router configurations to support data and voice over a high-speed connection. We can even assist you to properly configure your firewall for optimal performance.


How is reliable is VoiceNEXT service?

As or more reliable than your regular phone service. VoiceNEXT provides reliable service with virtually no down-time. Does 911 work with your system?

Do you offer Service Level Assurances?

Can I use call accounting codes and billing codes?

VoiceNEXT Hosted PBX has the ability to assign as many codes as you like, based on users, projects, and clients, for example. At the end of the billing cycle, these calls can be separated out by account/billing code, so you know where these calls are to be charged.


How does a VoiceNEXT solution differ from other Internet-based call management solutions on the market?

What is Unified Messaging and do you offer it?

VoiceNEXT offers multiple options for messaging (Voicemail): Standard voice mail is offered with every extension. To access it you can press the voicemail button on your phone or you can also access your messages remotely. VoiceNEXT also offers Unified Messaging, which allows you receive your voicemail messages in your email. They come as a standard wave file. In addition you can see the number of the caller as well as the caller IP so you can "see" who called you as well as listen to their voice message.
